ChatGPT makes it simple to have a back-and-forth dialogue to learn what your customers care about. I was able to ask questions and follow ups to dig into my audience’s problems and frustrations.

Within minutes, I extracted powerful insights to inform my copywriting and determine which benefits to emphasize. The AI even recommended new angles I hadn’t considered.

Benefit 2: Test Copy Ideas and Messaging

In addition to discovering pain points, you can also test potential copy and messaging with ChatGPT.

I provided my headlines, value props, and other copy to the AI and had it react as my target audience. This allowed me to refine my copy to be more compelling and customer-focused.
